Order a Prescription

  • Please note there will be a charge incurred for all prescription requests. 
  • If you have not been seen within 6 months, the doctor may require you to come in for a routine review
  • You can also order a prescription via ManageMyHealth, calling our script line, or emailing us on scripts@kopatamc.co.nz
